1. About Us

White Bricks Cafe is operated by JC CHAI PTY LTD (ACN 663 390 529), located at 125 Mentone Parade, Mentone VIC 3194. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Online Ordering

Online orders are placed through our website ordering system. All orders must be prepaid via Square at the time of ordering. A 15% surcharge applies to orders placed for pickup or dine-in on weekends and public holidays.

3. Pickup & Dine-In

Orders are prepared to be ready within 2 minutes of your selected pickup or dine-in time, provided a minimum of 20 minutes' notice is given. Please collect your order promptly. Uncollected orders may be disposed of after 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. A 15% surcharge applies on weekends and public holidays. Prices may change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order before preparation begins for a full refund. Once your order has been prepared, no refund will be issued. For cancellation requests or refund enquiries, please contact us at info@whitebrickscafe.com.au.

6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

We make our best efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and allergen requests. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and seafood, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. Please advise our staff of any allergies when ordering.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JC CHAI PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
